The Clay Oven - Tandoor and Tavern

The menu focuses on meat grilled in the charcoal-fired tandoor oven. Signature dishes include the sharabi murgh kebabs and bourbon smoked chicken kebabs, tandoori salmon and stuffed grilled mushrooms. Complementing the food is the restaurant’s whisky concept developed by Andrew Skene from Spirit of Scotland. Patrons can sample over 15 single malts from the Scottish Highlands, Lowlands and Islay regions and also purchase bottles. Adding an authentic Indian touch to the ambience are exquisite furniture, paintings and knick-knacks sourced from Rajasthan, India, available for purchase.
