The Prime Society A new food concept in the lush surroundings of the Dempsey area, The Prime Society offers a blend of old-world charm, laid back warmth and a dash of tongue-in-cheek fun. The extensive Pacific Rim menu features prime quality steaks, ribs and fresh catch-of-the-day seafood, infused with pan-Asian flavours. The restaurant’s highlights include a full central island bar, and a custom-designed parilla-style oak plank grille, the first of its kind in Singapore. Watch the chef work his magic at the grille, as he serves up succulent and mouthwatering meat on oak planks delivered straight to your table. Formerly an army barracks, this exciting new 150-seater establishment mixes contemporary chic with a colonial touch – think timber, exposed brick, French kitchen tiles and a great wrap-around verandah for alfresco dining and people watching.
